Creating a concept and implementing a marketing plan – We actively support you!

We offer front office-related hotel advice and ideas as well as active implementation support. Here is an overview of our method:

Step 1 – Initial meeting
A free initial meeting allows us to get to know each other and to evaluate your requirements. Regardless of the size and classification of your hotel, we will discuss your expectations, aims, personnel capacities and whether you want a short or long-term collaboration with us.
Step 2 – Offer
After our visit, you receive an individual & made-to-measure offer from us.
Step 3 – Concept development
A situation analysis, which we carry out in your hotel, forms the basis for a made-to-measure concept. Depending on the task, a wide variety of areas are analysed (e.g. target groups, source markets, competitors, strengths and weaknesses (SWOT), price types, categories, work flows). A strategy concept is then created and the common goals are defined. You receive a plan of measures and budgeting for the planned activities from us.
Step 4 – Presentation & decision
We present the concept to you, discuss it together, and you decide whether and when you would like us to start implementation.
Step 5 – Implementation
We work with you to implement the list of measures we have developed to achieve your objectives. In order to achieve long-term & sustainable success, you establish your marketing channels yourself with our support and create your own marketing campaigns (training on the job principle).
